Document images auto-resize

Dear team, would it be an idea to define in the dashboard the maximal dimensions of images to be displayed? Now I ad featured images, which are displayed in Docman with the exact dimenstion I created it. In order to get a unified image presentation, it would be great if I can upload any images that will be re-dimensioned to the configured size from above (either width or heigt).

Pls refer to an example listing for which images 1 and 3 are defined with the same dimensions and where image 2 has a different one:
