Thumbnails aren't generated

Hello,

I just took the business subscription, I downloaded the plugin Connect to generate thumbnails of pdf but nothing appears.
In document management, I can't choose "generate automatically" because the button is "hidden". Please see attached image.

My DocMan has version 2.1.4, is this the cause?
