Turn off Upload Button

How do I prevent the fronted "Upload" button from appearing? I do not want users to be able to upload/have access to the button. Thanks !

- answering my own question here - Turns out "allow uploads" was toggled on in the menu items. Turning it off at the Joomla level solved the problem. Hope this helps someone anyway..
