Docman tab in Joomla Article config

Add an extra tab to Joomla Article configuration UI for the selection/filtering of Docman documents that would be added to that article directly, as additional content, much like links and images.

Not only would this mean relevant documents could be added to articles without having to resort to {module/plugin calls} in each article's content or having to create the additional modules for every article, it would also allow for Docman content to be styled/managed by article template overrides.
