Exclude Categories from viewing

It would be very helpfull to be able to exclude one or more categories from the view in a menu item.

If you have a lot of categories with subcategories and want to show the doc's of a upper category without a specific one under it. Now you have to add all without the one you don't want.

Better show all and exclude!! Both ways include and exclude should be possible!!
