Hello,
is there a way i can add extra words or phrases into DOCman Documents for the search. I am giving descriptions to the documents. The extra words or phrases should be not visible in the frontend but the search should be able to find them. Is there a way I can do this?

Hi Daniel, I'm afraid this is not possible at the moment. What you are talking about is a tagging based system. We do not support tags for documents yet. This feature is on the list though for a future release.
Feel free to vote on this feature request. Feature request with more votes get implemented first.
