Error : 'The file is not available on the server'

Hi,

Recently upgraded docman (1.5.11 to 1.5.13) and docman thumbs and shortly afterwards all download attempts end up with a "The file is not available on the server" error.

Looking in Docman config the path to the files is correct, all the documents files are sitting there in the dmdocuments directory on the server.For some reason though they are not being recognised/linked.

If I go into a document in the docman backend to try to manually select the file, I cannot do so. The only option available with the "Select File" selector is "LINKED DOCUMENT". I'm not sure what this means....

Please advise asap.

Hi Quentin, this problem can be easily solved by re-saving the DOCman configuration settings and making sure the right path is used.
