Move and rename files on the server.

It would be helpful to be able to move and rename files in the DOCman repository using the backend control panel and have DOCman automatically keep the links working.

I have clients who use haphazard filenames while loading documents so keeping the directory organized is a nightmare.

Fixing these files always involved downloading, renaming and reloading them. I just want to rename them in place.
