Display form as a popup

Currently with the LEADMan extension, when a user wants to download a DOCMan document they click the link, which then loads a new browser window with the form, compelting the form then downloads the file.

However, is it possible to have the option to display the form as a popup on the same page as the donwload link so the user is not taken away from the page to complete the form?
