Trying to setup a Private Files area

Hello there :-)

On plafondspecialisten.nl I'm trying to setup the Private Files.

Therefore I followed the steps on your documentation page: https://help.joomlatools.com/article/137-setup-a-private-files-area

But accessing the page https://www.plafondspecialisten.nl/my-files returns an error page.

What am I doing wrong?
