How to customize the table layout
I'm wondering how I can change the outlook in the frontend ?
1. I want to display the filename extension. How can I do that ?
2. I want to have directories listed in another color than files ?

Hi Helmut,
1. To show the filename extension you can turn 'Humanize file name' off, in your menu item 'Basic Options'. This will show the filename as is including the extension.
2. Changing the color of a directory can be done by applying custom css styling through your template. This requires knowledge of Joomla template development.
